1. Scope of Services & Orders

Indus Rack Tech provides engineering design, custom fabrication, surface finishing (powder coating), logistics, and on-site assembly for industrial, commercial, and retail storage systems across Pakistan. All formal manufacturing begins following client approval of 2D/3D CAD layout specifications and agreed purchase orders.

2. Material Standards & Quality Assurance

All structural steel profiles (uprights, box beams, shelf decking, baseplates, diagonal bracing) are manufactured from certified ASTM A36 / prime commercial grade cold-rolled steel in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and PSQCA regulations.

• Load capacities quoted represent evenly distributed loads (UDL) per pair of beams or shelf level.
• Custom color finishes utilize electrostatically applied pure thermoset polyester powder coating.

3. On-Site Installation & Facility Readiness

Indus Rack Tech deploys trained, insured technical crews for nationwide installation. For safe and efficient assembly, client facilities must ensure:

• Adequate slab floor load capacity and level concrete surface (minimum 3,000 PSI concrete for anchor bolt fastening).
• Unobstructed aisle clearances, utility shutoffs, and adequate facility lighting during scheduled installation hours.

4. Warranty & Structural Integrity

Indus Rack Tech provides a comprehensive 5-Year Structural Warranty against material defects, weld seam failures, and structural fatigue under rated operating loads. Warranty coverage excludes damage arising from severe forklift impact, exceeding declared load capacities, or unauthorized third-party modifications.

5. Commercial Terms & Quotations

Formal price quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from date of issue, subject to prevailing raw steel market rates. Payment terms, mobilization advances, and handover schedules are delineated in individual commercial contracts.
